The reference looks like CRL-2254. It is on the screen you saw after your scan and in the emails we send you — either one works, and the link always goes to the email address on the request.
If nothing arrives
Check spam and promotions first. If it still is not there, the address on the request may be different from the one you typed — try the reference instead, or sign in with your email if you have already set a password.
